1. Overview

This policy explains how we process personal data when you use wonk.ai. For the full legal text (German law applies to our company), see the German version if you read German.

3. Hosting

We host this website with Hetzner (Germany/EU). Server log files (e.g. IP address, time, URL, browser) may be created for security and operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We use a data processing agreement with the host.

4. Contact form

If you contact us via the form or email, we process the details you provide (name, email, message, optional company) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Submissions are sent from our server in Germany to our business inbox via TLS-protected SMTP. Credentials are not stored in source code; contact content is not stored in a public site database. Data is deleted once the request is closed, unless retention is required by law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what is technically required to operate the site (e.g. session and security mechanisms). No advertising tracking is in place unless explicitly stated here. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

6. Fonts and embedded content

The main website loads EK Baumer Grotesk from our own server (no Google Fonts). Interactive learning modules under Knowledge may load Work Sans from Google Fonts when your browser connects to Google (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We do not currently embed YouTube on public pages.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We update this policy when law or our services change. See “Last updated” at the top of the page.
